Your booking

SHI trainings are open to adults aged 18 and over. Your booking is confirmed once we receive your payment and send written confirmation. Please check your chosen dates, room type and booking details carefully.

Prices & payments

All prices are in euros and are per person. A €300 deposit secures your place and forms part of the total training price.

The remaining balance is divided into two payments:

• The second payment is due 30 days after your deposit.

• The final payment is due 30 days after your second payment.
   

Full payment must reach us at least two months before training begins. If the usual instalment dates would fall after this deadline, we will confirm an earlier schedule before you book. Bookings made within two months of the start date require full payment when booking.
 

Alternative payment arrangements must be agreed in writing. Email info@soundhealinginternational.com before booking.

Any eligible discount applies to the total training price. Your confirmation will show your final price and outstanding balance.
 

Late payments

If a payment is overdue, we will contact you and provide a reasonable deadline to pay. If payment remains outstanding, we may cancel your booking. Any cancellation charge will follow the policy below.

If you cancel

Please email your cancellation to info@soundhealinginternational.com.
 

Cancellation charges will reflect reasonable, demonstrable losses arising from your cancellation, taking account of costs saved and any income received from reselling your place. We will explain any deductions and return the remaining amount. Your deposit may be used towards these charges.

Any statutory rights to cancellation or a refund remain applicable.

Changes or cancellation by SHI
 

Minor adjustments to the timetable, teaching team or session order may be necessary. We will maintain the essential content of your booked training.

If a significant change becomes necessary, we will explain your options, including any applicable right to cancel and receive a refund. If SHI cancels your training, you will receive a refund of payments made to us within the legally required timeframe. Any additional rights you have remain unaffected.
 

Travel & insurance

You are responsible for arranging your flights, travel documents, visas and transport, except for transfers expressly included in your booking.

Check arrival times and transfer arrangements before purchasing travel. Missed flights, delays or arrival outside the advertised transfer times may require you to arrange alternative transport at your expense.

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering cancellation, illness, medical treatment, personal belongings and participation in the training. Refund requests arising from travel disruption or personal circumstances will be assessed under our cancellation policy and applicable law.
 

Accommodation & inclusions

Your booking includes only the accommodation, meals, facilities, training and transfers expressly listed for your chosen event. Flights, treatments and other optional extras are payable separately unless stated otherwise.
 

Room photographs are representative. Please read the description of your selected accommodation, including shared occupancy, stairs and open sleeping layouts.
 

Health & participation

Please tell us privately about relevant allergies or health considerations that may affect safe participation. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional if you are unsure whether any activity is suitable for you.
 

Participate within your own comfort and ability, follow safety guidance and tell a teacher if you feel unwell. You may pause or decline an activity.

Sound healing training is educational and experiential. It does not replace medical or psychological care, and individual experiences and outcomes vary.
 

Certification

An SHI certificate is awarded upon successful completion of the stated course requirements. It records completion of SHI training and does not itself confer a regulated healthcare qualification. Please check the insurance and professional requirements that apply wherever you intend to practise.
 

Personal belongings & conduct

Please keep valuables secure and handle instruments and venue equipment with care.

You may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs for damage you cause through misuse or negligence.
 

We ask everyone to respect fellow participants, teachers and venue staff. Serious or repeated unsafe or abusive behaviour may result in removal from activities. Any financial consequences will be assessed fairly according to the circumstances.
 

Photography & privacy

Promotional photography and filming require your separate, optional consent. You can decline without affecting your place on the training. Please respect other participants’ privacy when taking or sharing photographs.
 

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
 

Our responsibilities

SHI remains responsible for delivering the services agreed in your booking with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not exclude liability for our negligence, fraud or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
 

Questions or concerns

Please raise any concern promptly so we have an opportunity to resolve it.
