Booking, payment and cancellations.

A €300 advance payment secures your place and is credited towards the total training price. The remaining balance is due two calendar months before the training begins. Your booking confirmation will state the exact payment deadline.

If you need to cancel

Please email info@soundhealinginternational.com to request cancellation.

If you cancel before the balance deadline, we will refund the amount paid after deducting reasonable and justifiable cancellation costs, up to a maximum of €300.

If you cancel on or after the balance deadline, the cancellation charge will reflect the reasonable losses associated with your booking, taking account of costs we save and income received from reselling your place. We will provide an explanation of the charge on request.

If your place is resold, we will review the cancellation charge accordingly.

Any refund due will be issued within 14 days of cancellation.

If SHI cancels:

If SHI cancels the training, we will refund all payments received for that training within 14 days. Any additional rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your statutory rights:

This policy preserves your statutory rights, including any applicable right to cancel without a cancellation charge.

We recommend travel insurance that covers your circumstances, including cancellation, illness and travel disruption.
